We hope you are achieving your weight loss goals. If you wanted some extra free support we are here to help you! We have programmes across Essex which are highly successful and evidence based. Have a look below at what we cover on our programme.

Last year we supported 4092 people in Essex (between April 2015 - March 2016) to lose over 13,000 kg that’s a whopping 2042 stone!

We were also delighted to report that 96% of participants say that our My Weight Matters programme has helped them to eat a more healthy diet!
